Conditions générales d'utilisation
These terms govern the use of Croncoo by a host who creates an event and by guests who join one. Joining an event means accepting them.
The host opens the moments, decides what is asked, and may remove anything a guest contributes. Content shown on a screen at an event is the host's responsibility. [To be completed by counsel.]
Guests keep the rights to the photographs and words they contribute, and grant the host the right to display them on the event's screens for the duration of the event. [To be completed by counsel.]
Croncoo is in private beta and is provided as is during that period. [To be completed by counsel.]
Politique de confidentialité
We keep your email address, and nothing else, for the sole purpose of sending you a beta invitation. It is not sold, not shared, and not used for anything else. Ask us and we delete it the same day.
A guest joins with a code and a display name. What you contribute belongs to that event and is visible to the room it is shown in. [Retention period and deletion process to be completed by counsel.]
Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Write to privacy@croncoo.com and we answer within a month. You may also complain to the CNIL.
